This project aims to improve community nutrition, food security, and local livelihoods by promoting access to safe, diverse, and nutritious vegetables, alongside supporting communities to adopt improved dietary practices and positive behavior changes.
By empowering food system actors including farmers, and community groups the initiatives will enhance sustainable food production and income-generating opportunities through climate-smart agriculture, value chain development, and market linkages.
Additionally, the project will strengthen to manage, sustain, and scale locally led food systems, fostering resilience and long-term community ownership of nutrition-sensitive agriculture and food security initiatives.
