The project ran from March 2023 to August 2024 across conflict-affected areas of Rakhine State, focusing on food security, nutrition, and community resilience. In February 2024, the project targeted areas in Sittwe were removed due to the political conflict, then relocated in Ponnagyun Township.

Over 4,300 beneficiaries, predominantly women from diverse ethnic backgrounds, participated through home gardening, seed-saving, nutrition training, and WASH activities. Innovative gardening methods, container gardens, land cultivation, and bamboo stake design helped communities adapt to floods, land scarcity, and displacement.

Nutrition awareness sessions and MUAC screenings reduced acute malnutrition, while the renovation of rainwater ponds improved access to water during seasonal droughts.
